LG has sent out invites for an announcement event to take place in Berlin, Germany on August 31 at 9:00 am CEST (12:30 PM IST), just one day before the opening of IFA 2017, where it will introduce its next-generation ‘V series’ flagship smartphone.
Even though the invite doesn’t say it is V30, but it has the ‘V’ character in the background, created using reflection of light. LG said that it will come with a FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ratio, similar to the LG G6.
Earlier rumors revealed that the LG V30 will be powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC, pack 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage. The V-series always seemed to have something interesting over the G-series, but with the supposed removal of the secondary screen, what could be the next unique thing about the V30? We should wait for the next few weeks for LG to confirm it.
