The Chinese smartphone maker Meizu is slowly getting ready to launch Android 7.0 Nougat update for a number of devices. To celebrate the 5-year anniversary of Flyme OS, the company’s custom Android user interface, Meizu has announced that its eight smartphones will get the official Nougat update soon.

The smartphones which will receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update based on Flyme OS are confirmed to be the Meizu Pro 6 Plus, Pro 6, Pro 6s, Pro 5, MX6, Note5, Note3, and M3 Max. The owners of these smartphones are currently able to register for the open beta program and the actual update is expected to roll out on July 10.
