Samsung has started rolling out Android 7.0 (Nougat) update for the Galaxy A5 (2016) mid-range smartphone in Russia. The update carries firmware version A510FXXU4CQDK and is available through over-the-air (OTA).

As we know the firmware updates are rolled out in stages, so it may take a few days before they reach all the devices out there. Notification for the update should automatically pop up on your device when it is available for you, or you can check it manually by heading to Settings -> About Device -> Software Update.

The update should hit other markets in a few weeks.
