Xiaomi has launched a wide range of consumer electronics products under the Mi Ecosystem, which is also known as MIJIA in China. This includes Mi Walkie Talkie, Mi Driving Recorder, Mi Smart Scale 2, Mi Smart Camera, Mi Router HD and Mi Router Pro.
The Mi Walkie Talkie has both Ultra High Frequency (UHF) and Very High Frequency (VHF) bands for using it in the city and open field. It also comes with location sharing support. It has a black and white LCD display, FM Radio, Micro-USB charging port, and packs a 2600mAh battery with standby time of up to 8 days. It is priced at CNY 249 (US$ 36 / Rs. 2,410 approx).
The Mi Driving Recorder has a Sony IMX323 1/2.9-inch sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 160-degree wide-angle lens. It also has Mstar image processing chipset with Full HD (1080p) video recording capabilities in different lighting conditions including night. It is priced at CNY 349 (US$ 50 / Rs. 3,380 approx).
The Mi Smart Scale 2 has 14.56mm slim design, features a hidden LED numerical display and is made by ABS material for better durability and good impact resistance. It can analyze 10 types of physical data – including the user’s weight, BMI, muscle mass, basal metabolism, visceral fat grade, bone mass, water, body fat rate, body size and body score. It has a Stainless Steel 303L electrode pad for more accurate biometric readings. It is priced at CNY 199 (US$ 29 / Rs. 1,930 approx).
The Mi Smart Camera takes the form of a webcam with 1080P video recording capability at maximum frame rate of 20fps. It has 130- ultra wide angle lens, eight 940nm infrared sensors surrounding the main camera for night vision recording at distances of up to 10 meters, dual-band Wi-Fi for remote access and offers expandable storage via microSD card. It also has two-way communication that makes the camera useful for monitoring children or animals with whom you can talk remotely through the app. It is priced at CNY 199 (US$ 29 / Rs. 1,930 approx).
The Mi Router HD comes with a Qualcomm IPQ8064 dual-core 1.4GHz host processor + dual-core 733MHz network co-processor, 512MB DDR3 RAM, Hard disk storage – 3.5 inch (1TB / 64MB cache or 8TB / 256MB cache) / SATA3.0 interface, Dual band 802.11ac Wi-Fi with 4×4 MU-MIMO, USB 2.0 port, LAN port, WAN port, 4 high-gain PCB array omnidirectional antennas and Aluminum alloy body. It is priced at CNY 1299 (US$ 188 / Rs. 12,580 approx) for 1TB of storage version and the 8TB storage version costs is not announced yet.
The Mi Router Pro comes with a MediaTek MT7621A MIPS dual-core 880MHz network processor, 512MB DDR3 RAM, Dual band 802.11ac Wi-Fi with 4×4 MU-MIMO, USB 2.0 port, LAN port, WAN port and 4 high-gain PCB array omnidirectional antennas. It is priced at CNY 499 (US$ 72 / Rs. 4,830 approx).
