The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Gionee has announced its two latest selfie-focused smartphones in the new A-series, the A1 and A1 Plus at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 event in Barcelona. The A1 features a 16-megapixel front camera with large 1/3.06″ sensor, selfie flash along with a 13-megapixel rear camera, while the A1 Plus comes with a 20-megapixel front camera with 1/2.8″ sensor, selfie flash along with a 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual rear cameras.

Both these have Full HD (1080p) display, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable internal memory, dual SIM connectivity, metal body, fingerprint sensor and run Android 7.0 (Nougat) with Amigo OS on top.

The Gionee A1 is priced at 349 Euros (US$ 369 / Rs. 24,630 approx) and will be available from March, 2017. While the Gionee A1 Plus is priced at 499 Euros (US$ 527 / Rs. 35,210 approx) and will be available from April, 2017.
