Samsung has finally started rolling out the official Android 7.0 (Nougat) OTA update for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge flagship smartphones.

The update is around 215MB in size and it brings a new user interface and several improvements to these devices. It also includes the Android security patch level of 1st January, 2017. Check-out the update change-log in the screenshot below.

Users on the Nougat beta version will be the first to get the update, and regular users will also get the update over the next few days. Notification for the update should automatically pop up on your device when it is available for you or, you can also check it manually by heading to Settings -> About Device -> Software Update.
