Samsung has officially started rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat OTA (Over The Air) update for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge flagship smartphones in India.

The update for the S7 is 1285.64MB in size and has the build number G930FXXU1DQAZ, and for the S7 edge it is 1290.74MB in size and has the build number G935FXXU1DQAZ.

The update brings new UX and various performances fixes to these devices, including improved usability of the notification feature, improved multi-window mode, improved Always-On Display, improved setting menu, improved speed of system upgrade and app installation process, new Samsung Pass feature and more. It also includes the Android security patch level of 1st January, 2017.

Notification for the update should automatically pop up on your device when it is available for you or, you can also check it manually by heading to Settings -> About Device -> Software Update.
