vivo is all set to launch its two new smartphones in India under the ‘V-series’, called V5 and V5 Plus. These are the successors of V3 and V3 Max most popular smartphones. The launch event is scheduled to take place on November 15 (tomorrow) in Mumbai. The company has already sent out media invites for the launch event with tagline ‘selfie evolution’. While the invite hinted at selfie-focused smartphones, the new leak confirms a 20-megapixel front-facing camera on both handsets for selfies and video calling.
Both smartphones are expected to come with metal unibody design and 2.5D curved glass on top. As we can see in the leaked photo, the physical home button is placed at the front, just below the display and it is also expected to come with embedded fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
