OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 3.2.8 OTA (over-the-air) update for OnePlus 3 smartphone users that brings some important features and bug fixes as well. Complying with the Indian government order, the company has added emergency calling feature for Indian users. Once your phone is updated, you can make emergency calls by triple pressing the power button.

As you can see in the screenshot above the OTA update is just 34MB in size and as always it will be gradually rolling out for all the users globally. You can always check for the latest OS update manually by heading to Settings > About phone > Software update.
