Sony Mobile has announced a new smartphone in the ‘X series’, called Xperia X Compact, along with the Xperia XZ flagship smartphone at the IFA 2016 event in Berlin. The smartphone comes with a smaller 4.6-inch HD (720p) display, is powered by a Snapdragon 650 Hexa-Core processor, has 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable internal storage and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It has a fingerprint sensor on the power button and packs a 23-megapixel rear camera with Predictive Hybrid Auto Focus, similar to the Xperia XZ and has a 5-megapixel front camera with 22mm wide-angle lens.
