Xiaomi released global stable MIUI 8 ROMs and also rolling out OTA updates for Redmi 1S, Mi 2/2S, Mi 4i, Redmi Note 3G and Redmi Note 4G smartphones on 23rd August. Now the company has started rolling out the update for very popular Redmi Note 3 (Qualomm), Redmi Note Prime and Mi5 smartphones. Check out the MIUI 8 update versions and full changelog below.

Xiaomi users with these smartphones can head to this MIUI forum thread to download and flash the ROM manually. The OTA (over-the-air) updates will gradually roll out for these smartphones. You can always check for the latest OTA update manually by heading to device Settings > About phone > System updates.
