HTC was the first smartphone manufacturer to confirm the list of its devices for the Android N update. During the Google I/O, the Taiwanese company was tweeted that it will roll out Android 7.0 Nougat update for HTC 10, One A9 and One M9 smartphones, which will be the first set of devices to get the update.
Now after the final release of Android 7.0 Nougat update to Nexus devices, HTC has also announced the timeline for its previously confirmed smartphones. The company said “We expect the update to begin rolling out to the unlocked HTC 10 in Q4, followed by unlocked HTC One M9, unlocked HTC One A9 and carrier versions of these devices.”
Just two days ago Sony Mobile was also confirmed the Android 7.0 (Nougat) update for a range of its devices. Check out the full list of Sony devices here.
