The Chinese Smartphone brand LeEco [formerly known as Letv] was launched the very popular Le 2 smartphone in India last month. It runs on the LeEco’s eUI v5.6 based Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. Now the company has started rolling out a major OTA (over-the-air) update to the smartphone in the country.

The new firmware update is 471.2MB in size and it comes with eUI v5.8, which is also based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. It brings lots of bug fixes and some new features to the device. Check out the update change log below.

As always, the OTA update is rolling out in stages, so it may take a few days before your device pops up the notification for you. You can always check for the latest update manually by heading to Settings > About phone > Software update.
