The Chinese smartphone maker vivo has officially confirmed that its upcoming Xplay5 flagship smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Quad-Core processor and pack whopping 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM. That means it will be the world’s first smartphone, which come with 6GB of RAM.

Aside from 6GB RAM and SD820, vivo has already confirmed that the Xplay5 will feature a dual curved edge display. According to earlier rumors, the phone is expected to pack 6-inch Quad HD screen, 16MP rear camera, 8MP front camera and a 4300mAh battery.

The launch event is scheduled for March 1st at 7:30 PM China time (5:00 PM IST) at Beijing’s Water Cube Convention Center. Check out the vivo Xplay5 lesked images below.
