After Poland, South Korea and the US, the LG G4 flagship smartphone has now started receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in Canada.
Local carrier Telus first started pushing out the update on February 1. Another major Canadian carrier Rogers will roll out the update on Wednesday, February 3rd.
The update brings lots of new features, like the new Doze mode that helps improved battery life, better permissions management, better microSD support and much more. A couple of LG apps – Q+ and Bridge – have also been renamed to Memo Capture + and AirDrive, respectively.
