The Mate S, Huawei‘s upcoming smartphone which is expected to be announced next month at IFA event in Berlin, is already listed on Oppomart online store with a price tag of $599.
As per the listing, The Smartphone could come with Force Touch technology. Force Touch allows the screen to differentiate between a light tap and a heavier tap on the screen. For example, a regular tap could start a YouTube video while a harder tap in the same spot could raise the volume.
The listing also mentions that the Smartphone features a 5.7 inch 1080p display, is powered by a company’s own Kirin 935 SoC with an Octa-core CPU, Mali-T628 GPU, 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM, 64GB of expandable internal storage, huge 4100mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 with Emotion UI 3.1 on top.
In terms of camera, it has a 20MP rear camera and a 8MP front camera. The device also supports 4G FDD-LTE network connectivity and a fingerprint scanner on the back as well.
