Samsung has already started rolling-out the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update for the International variant of its last generation flagship phablet Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910C). Today the same Update also rolling out for the European variant of this Phablet (SM-N910F). The update is available Over-The-Air (OTA) and also through the Samsung KIES PC software utility.

So far, it’s been spotted in Sweden and its weighs around 564 MB in size, so make sure you have enough space in your device before installing the update. After applying the update your device runs on Firmware version N910FXXU1COH4 with build date August 12, 2015.

The new Android 5.1.1 brings performance improvements, security improvement and bug fixes to the Note 4. It should also include a fix for the Stagefright vulnerability unless Samsung is planning to patch that with an additional update.

The OTA update notification should automatically pop up on your device. If it’s not, heading to “Settings” >> “About phone” and then tap on “Software updates” to check it manually.
