Verizon wireless now started rolling out the Android 5.1 Lollipop update to its Motorola Moto X (2nd gen) Smartphone across the USA. The update brings the software version 23.16.3 and is available Over-The-Air (OTA).

The update includes some UI improvements, new interruption volume control settings, notification on volume control access, factory reset protection, better Wi-Fi performance, better security options, 64-bit ABI support and improved runtime.

The update notification should automatically pop-up on your Smartphone; you can also check it manually by heading to Settings -> About Device -> Software Update.
