Verizon, one of the largest carriers in US has just started rolling out Android 5.0 Lollipop update for LG G3. The update is available through Over-The-Air and Verizon’s desktop software Upgrade Assistant. As software updates are rolled out in stages, it may take a few days before they reach all the devices out there.

After applying the update, the LG G3 for Verizon will run Software version VS98523B. The update brings every Lollipop features, such as Google’s new Material Design based fresh looks, new ART runtime, improved notifications with fully customizable settings, smart lock, new looks of navigation buttons and lots more.

Users can try to check for latest update manually by heading to Settings -> About Device -> Software/System Update.
